Each year during the holiday season, Philly Primary focuses on our community by choosing a project that instructs our students on what it means to be a member of our community and the importance of supporting our community. In keeping with the holiday season, Philly Primary has chosen the Jefferson County SPCA as our Community Project. We will begin collecting donations starting on Monday, December 3rd. The final day to donate will be Monday, December 17th. Please drop donations off at Philly Primary during school hours.

The results of this survey will help FDRLO to advocate for and support Fort Drum in the years to come, so we ask that you please take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete the survey. It’s completely confidential, and if you participate you will be eligible for a drawing for a gift card.

If your child resides in the Indian River Central School District and will be 4 years of age on or before December 1, 2018, he or she is eligible to participate in our Universal Pre-Kindergarten program at Calcium, Evans Mills, and Philadelphia Primary. Submit your application by April 20, 2018 to be included in the first placement lottery.
